Cooling-off period: A 30-day period during which the Consumer may cancel a distance contract without giving any reason.

Distance contract: A sales contract concluded via remote communication technologies (e.g., internet).
Durable medium: A tool (such as email or paper) that enables the Consumer or Seller to store information for future reference.
Right of withdrawal: The Consumer’s right to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Seller: Peakscale LTD, operating the Site and offering products through distance selling.
Terms: These Terms of Service.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between the Seller and the Consumer.
They are made available before contract conclusion and remain accessible on the Site.

If any specific product terms contradict these Terms, the most favourable conditions for the Consumer shall apply. If any provision is found to be invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER

All offers on the Site are non-binding and subject to availability.

Total price in GBP (excluding applicable UK import VAT and duties)
Estimated shipping costs
Accepted payment methods
Existence of the right of withdrawal

Note for UK customers:
Orders are shipped from the EU. UK import VAT and customs duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in our listed prices.

ARTICLE 5 – CONTRACT FORMATION

A contract is formed once the Consumer accepts the offer and completes all requirements. For online purchases, the contract becomes binding when the Seller sends an order confirmation.

The Seller may verify orders for security purposes and reserves the right to reject orders with invalid payment, incorrect personal details, or suspected fraud.

After purchase, you will receive:

Details on how to exercise your withdrawal rights

Contact information for inquiries or complaints

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving their product without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

Notify us in writing (e.g., email) within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return the product within 30 days of the withdrawal notification.
The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product or proof of return.

Perishable goods
Sealed hygiene items (if unsealed)
Newspapers and magazines
Digital content after download begins
Scheduled services (e.g. appointments, events)

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP).

Prices exclude UK import VAT and customs duties. These may be charged by your local authorities or courier service upon delivery and are not included in the advertised price.

Prices remain valid for the advertised promotion period or until changed due to legal or market factors.

ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory laws in your country of residence apply.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of your residence.

ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delivery delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as:

Natural disasters
Epidemics or pandemics
Customs delays
War, strikes, or government restrictions
Failures of third-party suppliers
